Week 1 & 2 Prep

Many more weeks to improve, but 2 weeks are under my belt thus far! I am already seeing big changes within these first two weeks. My physique has become tighter and tighter every day, while weight has remained the same for the most part at 171lbs-173lbs. I feel good physically and mentally feel even stronger.
Macros starting out: 200g of protein, 150g of carbs and 40g of fats. These are spread out through the day. Meal 1: 40p 20f 0c; Meal 2-4: 40p 50c 0f; Meal 5: 40p 20f 0c.
During week 2 I noticed my blood glucose (I measure each morning by pricking my finger and using a monitor) increase into the higher 90s and 100. So, we decided to go a couple days of low to no carbs (basically protein and veggies) until my blood glucose levels came back down into the 80s. With it being in the 80s, carbs are going to be more efficiently used.
Steps: At least 10k everyday, some days were higher!
Training: Training is PUSH/PULL/LEGS/ARMS. I will incorporate rest days in between pull and leg days or put arms in between the two. Movements overall are feeling good. Strength has definitely increased from week 1 to week 2, so I am super happy about that. Went up to Charlotte, NC on Wednesday 17th, to train with my coach, Cornelius Parkin and some teammates, Austin Hodges and Hunter Corpis. It was an insane leg day as per usual. During that training session I feel like I strained a muscle in my neck or back of my head that caused me to have an excruciating headache sort of pain, so I went to the chiropractor on Friday to prevent anything further happening. Today is Sunday and it is back day, so we will see if I am still having trouble with my neck/head.

Muscles are becoming fuller and we are putting on more tissue, while getting a bit tighter.
