What are (B)Logs?
Hey y’all!
(B)Logs will be a place to showcase my weekly check ins. I will be sharing how my training, diet, weight, etc. and basically how life went each week. This will be very similar to how I write my check ins with my coach, as well as how I expect my clients to check in with me. This section of my website will hopefully give y’all more details on how I go about my life in offseason and going into prep. I’ll try my best to keep things interesting and try to not have the same exact content each week. (B)Logs will start in a few weeks once we have started to go into my next growing phase!
